We are a locally owned, family-run business that provides high-quality personal service. Destin Beach VIP likes working together with owners to best represent you and your property the right way. First, we select good quality properties that are well cared for and best align with the VIP brand. Then, we focus on setting it up to make the most out of the guest experience. We arrange the cleaning, scheduled maintenance, and hand-select quality vendors needed to guarantee every element runs smoothly for a well-managed vacation rental.

Our hands-on approach to business allows us to offer the following in-house maintenance lessening outside service calls:

  • Property inspections
  • Electrical, appliance, and lightbulb checks
  • A/C filters and replace as needed
  • Replace batteries in remote controls & smoke detectors
  • Adjusting the HVAC
  • Code enforcement regulations
  • Etc.

Because we are a small company and intend to stay that way, our management fees are quite competitive compared to other companies. Our specialty is personal service. To us, you are not just another number that gets lost in the crowd.  Our fee is only 21%. This includes:

Extensive marketing, maintaining marketing sites, timely response to inquiries, collecting rental payments, personal inspections, collecting and paying necessary bed/tourist taxes, monthly and yearly statements with net rental income payments and expenses, and advertising on our websites. Our online presence includes VRBO, ECBYO, AirBnb, Florida Rentals, & DestinFlorida.com, for an annual charge. In addition, we have our listing website www.destinbeachvip.com, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) These sites are successful in marketing to our current target vacation rental market.

What we ask

We hire only top-quality cleaning crews.  Pricing for cleaning varies according to each individual property.

An electronic lock that you purchase and own, but we install and maintain.

Two complete sets of linens – and they belong to you.

That you allow us to make all necessary maintenance and updates we require.
